Is this a "cause-and-effect"?
I just read about the Jaipur serial blasts online. It angers me and saddens me. It also doesn't explain why India which is developing fast and becoming economically strong and vying to complete with the best in technology is always caught unawares when it comes to security?
WHY???
Browsing other news, I came across a article which says that the death sentence on aa accused in Mumbai blasts who killed four people by planting a explosive has been revoked.
Are such acts of compassion actually giving confidence to terrorist's? Is the "WHY???" above partially explained by such acts?
